Orion

The Orion is a great local pub in the heart of Withington, popular with both students and local residents. Inside there’s a friendly, bubbling atmosphere and plenty of rustic features including wood panelling and vintage seats. To the back there’s a large sun-trap of a beer garden.

The central bar serves very well-priced pints of award-winning beers, craft ales, cask beers alongside wines and a very good selection of spirits. We are also now serving fantastic stone-baked pizzas in partnership with Talk To Me Pizza.

The Orion has plenty of Sky Sports-hosting TVs inside and outside making it one of the best places to watch the match in South Manchester. You can join us in the week for the Great British pub quiz with sought-after prices or at the weekend where people can get on the mic for a great karaoke session.
