The unique blend of roasted malt paired with a hint of molasses gives this ale an easy feel to it with caramel and burnt sugar notes drawing you in and transcending into the body.
This refreshing drop has plenty of malty flavour and a soft, subtle finish and at 3.8% ABV, it goes down very easily. Ideal for a nice dark ale session.

The title gives it away, yes our beautiful Trailblazer stout is infused in this dish, however we've paired it with our Manchester Brown Ale, it's roasted malty notes give a full-bodied combination of flavour. The dish also works well with our Trailblazer, no big surprise.
