The Railway is a stunning community pub located in Higher Openshaw with Sky and TNT Sports, making it an ideal destination for sports enthusiasts. This provides a valuable opportunity to drive revenue while creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for guests to enjoy live events. As a Retail Partner, not only will you be responsible for managing your own team, but you’ll also have the exciting task of positioning your pub as a vibrant community hub. What is a Retail Partner?
It is the easiest way to run your own pub without the high entry costs of a traditional tenancy or lease agreement. You get paid a percentage of net turnover with your only expense being the wages for yourself and your team. We will cover the rest.

- Previous experience operating £8k+ in sales each week
- Previous management experience in the hospitality industry
- An interest or existing connections in live music is beneficial but not essential
- Passionate about pubs and selling beer
- Strong sales focus
- Enthusiasm to lead and motivate your team
