We’re currently seeking a dynamic and driven Retail Partner to fill the position at The Lord Nelson. With over 175 years of brewing expertise, Joseph Holt has mastered the art of the perfect pint, and we’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic retail partner to help showcase it.

The Lord Nelson is a welcoming community pub located in the heart of Pendlebury. Recently refurbished to a high standard, this pub is the perfect place for locals to relax and socialize. With Sky Sports, a pool table, and darts, the Lord Nelson is a lively hub for sports enthusiasts and casual visitors alike. Renowned for its friendly atmosphere and commitment to bringing people together, the Lord Nelson truly sits at the heart of the community.

As a Retail Partner, not only will you be responsible for managing your own team, but you’ll also have the exciting task of positioning your pub as a vibrant community hub. What is a Retail Partner, you may ask?

It is the easiest way to run your own pub without the high entry costs of a traditional tenancy or lease agreement. You get paid a percentage of net turnover with your only expense being the wages of yourself and your team. We will cover the rest.

Interested? Here’s what we need from you

· Previous experience operating £8k+ in sales each week

· Previous Management experience in the hospitality industry

· An interest/network in live music is beneficial but not essential.

· Passionate about pubs and selling beer

· Strong sales focus

· Enthusiasm to lead and motivate your team
