The Queens

The Queens, known as “The Pineapple” in the early 1900’s, located on Clarendon Place, in central Hyde is one the largest pubs in the town centre. The large open plan pub plays host to a variety of drinkers, whether you are in the mood for a quiet drink or something more lively, the pub is ideally suited.

A small enclosed beer garden lies at the back of the pub and is described as a ‘sun trap’ during the summer months. The large bar extends across the back of the pub making the pub feel open, light and vibrant.
