Pub Manager for Tamar, Leigh

The Tamar is a traditional Community Public house located 10 mins from Leigh Town Centre. The house benefits from a Lounge, Vault, Function room, Covered terrace beer garden, Car park and established well-kept community self-funded Bowling Club & Green with numerous teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Award Winning Family Brewer Joseph Holt through their 3 year Tenancy agreement.  Low in goings and 2 month rent free period.

If you meet or exceed all of our requirements, all that is required is an in-going refundable deposit of £3k, which can be built up over the first 12 months of your agreement. (minimum initial deposit of £1k).
