Line Chef – Legh Arms, Sale (M33)

Line Chef required for a popular local community pub – the Legh Arms, Sale, which has undergone a major refurbishment and has re-opened serving a traditional pub food menu which includes some fresh homemade dishes. An hourly rate of £8.50 is being offered for the right person, for around 40 hours a week, which includes working some evenings and weekends.

The Role Line Chef

The successful Line Chef will be passionate about food quality and standards within the business. You will prepare, cook and present meals to specification and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance with hygiene regulations. You will be capable of working with a small team of people as well as on your own during low peak times

About You

  • You will have some experience as a Line Chef working in a busy food pub or restaurant.
  • You will have some experience of working with fresh ingredients
  • You’ll need an eye for detail, have good organisation skills and be able to work under pressure
  • ·Minimum level 1 food hygiene, with a good understanding of kitchen hygiene practices.
